Low head socket head cap screws are fasteners very similar to a standard socket head cap screw however, as the name implies, they have a shorter head height. This allows them to be used in applications where a low profile is necessary, such as in machinery or electronic devices. The hexagonal socket on the head of the screw allows for easy tightening with an allen wrench or hex key.
