CHEMICAL ANCHOR CAPSULES & STUDS

​Chemical anchor capsules and studs are high-strength anchoring systems used to secure materials to a variety of surfaces. The capsules are made of a two-part epoxy resin that is housed in a plastic container. When activated, the epoxy resin is mixed and hardens to form a strong, durable bond.

The studs are threaded metal rods that are inserted into the epoxy-filled capsules. Once the epoxy has cured, the studs are securely anchored to the surface, providing a reliable connection for a wide range of applications. The studs come in various lengths and diameters to suit different requirements.

Chemical anchor capsules and studs are commonly used in construction and engineering applications, such as securing steel columns, reinforcing concrete structures, or anchoring equipment to the floor. They are also used in automotive, marine, and industrial applications where high-strength bonding is required.
